Refund & Cancellation

At Organic Mill, we work tirelessly round the clock to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our products.


We know and understand that skincare is a personal purchase and hence we issue a full refund for any fully priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. We expect the customer to contact us on the same day they receive the product in case they would like to return the product and send the product to our address. However, postage will be charged from the actual pricing.


All our products once opened cannot be repackaged and resold as there are no preservatives present in our products. To maintain our quality and hygiene standards we do not accept returns on opened merchandise.


Kindly allow us 7 – 21 business days from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. We will contact the customer once the return is complete.
